SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

-ALL orders from the READY TO SHIP Collection will ship within 24 hours of order placed.

-PLEASE allow up to 1-2 weeks for The Made-to-Order Collection orders to be processed and completed. I really try to ship orders out no later than 10 days after it is placed.

-NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS!

It is against federal guidelines to return human hair after use. 
Once an order is processed, it CANNOT BE CANCELED.

PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN YOU ARE ORDERING!

*IF you decide you want to simply switch a color and can catch me within the first 24 HOURS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER, I may be willing and able to help you out.

All packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your shipments MUST be signed for upon delivery to help prevent theft and fraud. You will be able to track your shipment once a label is created. I would HIGHLY recommend setting up an account at USPS to track ANY orders you may be having delivered by them. You can also electronically sign for them in advance.
