Please read through everything below before you place your order. If you still have a question after this, email us and we will take care of you.

All sales are final.

No returns, no refunds, and no cancellations once your order has been processed. Please check your color, length, and lace selection carefully before you check out.

Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Federal guidelines prohibit the return of human hair once it has been worn or used, so every sale is final at checkout.

Changes and cancellations

Once an order has been processed it cannot be canceled or edited. Double check your details at checkout, especially your color, your length, and whether you selected a 6x6 closure or a 13x6 frontal.

Ready-to-ship processing

Every ready-to-ship order leaves us within 24 hours of being placed. These units come in the exact length listed on the product page.

Custom unit processing

Custom units ship 10 to 14 days after your order is placed. We push to get most customs out closer to 7 days, but please plan for the full 14 so your unit arrives in time.

Shipping

All units ship USPS Priority Mail, which usually delivers in 1 to 3 days. Rush shipping is available at checkout if you need your unit sooner.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order leaves us.
